We spent the new year in a recently-renovated accommodation that was spotlessly clean and appeared to be almost new. the host was exceptionally helpful and friendly, assisting us with all our needs. It was located in a private and safe area, just a few minutes' walk from a beach with outstanding snorkeling opportunities for turtles. the location was perfectly located for exploring the area, being equidistant from the beaches and towns of Tulum and Playa Del Carmen.
Although the location was ideal, the accommodation was quite small for us. we found that the furniture was quite old and worn, and there was little storage space for our belongings.

The location of this accommodation couldn't be better! It's just a short drive away from a beautiful beach where you can snorkel with turtles. the host is extremely kind and always ready to help with anything we need.
The breakfast options were a bit limited.

This hotel is perfect! We stayed in a clean and newly renovated accommodation. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help us with everything we needed. The location was great, just a few minutes away from a beautiful beach where we could snorkel with turtles. Additionally, it was conveniently situated, with Tulum and Playa Del Carmen both only 30 minutes away.
Everything is what we needed and wanted.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach where we enjoyed snorkeling with turtles. It was also conveniently situated between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen, allowing us to easily explore both areas. We felt safe and secure in this private area, which added to our overall experience.
We highly recommend this hotel.
